Roberto Sammarchi is an Italian lawyer and legal scholar specializing in information law, digital communication, and data protection. He holds a Ph.D. in Law and Computer Science and an LL.M. in Tax Law. Sammarchi is a Cassation lawyer and co-founder of the law firm Parma & Sammarchi in Zola Predosa, Bologna.
