Chiara Valentini is a specialist in Radiation Oncology with extensive clinical and research experience. Since January 2024, she has been a Senior Consultant for Pediatric Radiation Therapy at UKD Dresden, where she previously led the Pediatric Radiation Therapy Department since 2022. She serves as Speaker for Radiation Therapy in the HIT-HGG 2013 study and is a steering committee member for the SIOPE-HGG-001 study. She played a key role in the installation of the first Hybrid-MRI Linear Accelerator in Dresden, an innovative project launched in 2021. As Principal Investigator of the RADIANCE study, she advances clinical research in radiation oncology. A board member of ESTRO's FALCON Group, she contributes to international education and collaboration. She specialized in Radiation Therapy at Università Cattolica S. Cuore in Rome and earned a Ph.D. at OncoRay, TU Dresden. Fluent in German, Italian, and English, she is a leading figure in the field of radiation oncology.
