SIGNeV extended board (erweiterter Vorstand) was chosen to implement better governance and delegation of responsibilities. SIGNeV extended board was elected during the SIGNeV General Assembly in 2023. The extended board is not legally bound under § 26 BGB (German Civil Code).
The executive board (Vorstand ) of SIGNeV is officially registered at the association register (Vereinsregister) Berlin. According to § 26 BGB (German Civil Code), the Vorstand represents the association legally and handles its day-to-day operations. The executive board was formed on the day of the SIGNeV foundation on October 12, 2022, in Berlin and was subsequently confirmed during the SIGNeV General Assembly in 2023.
